In fact I would say that all presidents after Regan are big time crooks as outlined by Chris Story while he was still alive. They hide their money in oversees hedge funds, untaxed, and unwatched, and the IRS and the rest of the government knows this. See tax cheat Tim Geitner for an example. The Bush family and Clinton family are one of the elite wealthy families of the world, they have so much in hedge funds its not funny.
