thefloridianguy:  In a way this has been directly caused by the BP Oil Spill disaster.   So far the Gulf Current and the Mid Atlantic Current still are not connecting together, so the hot humid air mass builds over the US areas affected, and the jet streams are what moves the air mass.   So it is mostly our fault for these conditions happening to us.   God is allowing these conditions to continue because of our sins, again we reap what we sow.  I still feel extremely sad for people affected by the storms of this week, and the brutal heat conditions they are now in.  In Central Florida yesterday my car read 102 degrees F outside temperature.   The 100 degree heat is even here in Florida.
